Camp Crockett is our end-of-year celebration- a day full of games and fun for students and staff. The committee plans and coordinates activities, food stations, and logistics, and helps recruit sponsors and volunteers to make it all happen.

Time Commitment:
Moderate involvement in late spring, with a larger commitment on event day.

This committee helps the PTO celebrate teachers and staff all year long with small gifts, surprises, and special events- from “mailbox fairies” to Teacher Appreciation Week in May. Tasks include distributing recognition gifts, coordinating treats, and helping plan appreciation events.

Light and flexible year-round, with more activity in the spring leading up to Teacher Appreciation Week.

This team helps grow community partnerships and sponsorships for PTO events. Tasks include reaching out to local businesses, organizing donations, coordinating volunteer groups, and helping thank our sponsors publicly.

Flexible throughout the year; can be tailored to your schedule, network, or specific interests.

The Fundraising Committee helps brainstorm, organize, and run fundraisers that support PTO initiatives. From spirit nights to fun runs, this group helps us secure the resources we need to bring our ideas to life.

Time Commitment:
Varies by event; typically light to moderate throughout the year with occasional bursts of activity.
